I just got off the phone with Phil to ask a 5 minute question about a tax return from last year that would affect this years taxes. Phil said he wanted to charge me for his time because he is in the middle of tax season. He also said that I should have called him months ago because then he wouldn't have been so busy. If you have any tax question, you better make sure it's not during tax season, because you will be greeted with disgust and aggressiveness.

Phil and Barb are excellent. Step's has been preparing my taxes for over 35 years. I have never had any issues of any kind with taxes, service, reliability and trust that everything is done correctly. I can't say enough positive things regarding this firm!

Been using Phil for 20 years now. Does a great job, at a fair price and gets it done right. He is very detailed and spends time with me to review everything so I understand. I strongly recommend him
