I had a terrible experience at Atax . Not only did they mess up my taxes, but the management was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I asked them to correct their mistakes. They refused to make it right and showed no concern for their errors. I would strongly advise against using their services due to their incompetence and disrespectful attitude towards customers.
Todd was awesome to work with! He's very kind, thorough, and efficient! The office is is really welcoming and accomodating; the owners are also super kind and generous! I couldn't have asked for better way to my taxes!
