She’s ghosted us. We’re past due on taxes even though we turned them in months ago and she isn’t communicating anything to us. Update: she told us we couldn’t come back after the poor review I left. It’s not that I don’t like this tax service it’s that we turn our stuff in by March and we could not get one single word from her weather it was email or phone call and didn’t know anything until may because she needed to ask us if we could do an extension. as the customer I believe that I should be able to ask for an update.

I’ve known Jennifer for years and I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to get your taxes done through. She’s very helpful, quick to respond if you have questions with anything and she finishes everything up fast so you can get your return as soon as possible. Her prices are very fair and much appreciated. Definitely recommend going to there for any tax needs.

Jennifer and the team here are amazing! Jennifer takes her time to explain anything that is needed. If you schedule a sit down meeting she is very flexible with busy schedules! Each year, when I get my tax papers from work I am so excited that I get to meet up with this team and not have to worry about anything! Wouldn’t want my taxes done by anybody else! They make tax time VERY convenient and stress-free. We dropped off our W2’s and the rest was taken care of. They go over every detail so I could get the best refund possible. Highly recommend!

Go here now! I have been personally doing taxes with them for 13 years. There is no other tax service I will ever use. Don't be fooled by early advances and loans. Save some money and get more back with Due Diligence. There is not a better and more honest staff around. Give them a try. You won't regret it.

These people are the best! They always make tax time so easy and convenient for me. I just drop my stuff and they do the rest. As a small business owner, the less time I have to take on tax preparations the better. I always feel confident that I will get the best return possible. 5 stars is not enough!!
