AVOID! 1st year, messed up my taxes, gave them another chance - second year, taxes messed up - AGAIN! I have repeatedly called them for THREE WEEKS as I have an IMPORTANT tax question - receptionist keeps saying "well he's been here every day" but won't actually see WHY he hasn't called back. You've lost my business and my family's business. I am absolutely appalled at the customer service in this place!
