I do not recommend this company, several people have been assigned to work on our books, they seem to have a high turn over rate. We are switching to another company more local. Upon communicating with Out of the box, I was told our 3rd quarter reconciliation was completed. After analyzing my P&L, I have discovered several things not categorized properly that have already been reconciled. When I reach out to both contacts I had numbers for that worked this account, 1 number no longer works, the other goes to someone else's voicemail.
