Trash service. The receptionist always had an attitude whenever I walked in and never called me by my preferred name. I was going to seek finnancial help, but it’s very discouraging when it feels like they drive such a hard ship. Terrible customer service and explanation of benefits.

We are new to the area. We found Lockwood off the internet and after reading the kind of silly bad reviews we decided to try them. We are very happy with the speediness and cost. I highly recommend.

I have had Lockwood do my taxes for years now and have always been treated respectfully and professionally by everyone in the office. They are quick to answer my questions and a great company to work with. Thank you!
