I have never dealt with this company. To have one give them my information from here, somehow. To be harassed and deal with fallout from their negligence. I do not get how I lost from not dealing with this company. To have my info sold off. And be contacted quit a bit. And have to deal with fallout within my bankaccount. I find out who gave you my info. I will have to seek legal representation. It is outrageous anymore within who contacts me.

We went to them based on reviews, big mistake, my taxes were done correctly but my fiancés weren't, called them several times left voice mails and not 1 call back. They listed MY bank account for his return even though I specifically told them we are not married and don't share an account, follow the return setup from the previous accountant. But no, instead they chose to go ahead and just copy and paste MY banking information completely disregarding what I told them from the getgo. Then when we caught it, we get told "oh it's fine it won't be a problem". THEY WERE FLAGGED AS FRAUD! Do you know how much of a headache it is to get in touch with the IRS to get things fixed because a firm literally ignored and disregarded what we told them? Then to lie to us stating it won't cause issues with the return? It's been almost 2 months since they " filed our taxes" and we just got the invoice. They are completely unorganized, incapable of following simple direction and clearly don't know tax laws because you in fact cannot have your refund deposited into someone else's account if your name is not on the account! The amount of time my fiancé spent cleaning up the mess from this place, should more than suffice and clear that invoice you guys had the audacity to send him but no common sense to actually call him back to fix this. It took almost 3 months, THREE, for him to get everything fixed and get his refund and this place still has yet to call him back. Not once have they returned his call even after leaving voice mails and messages to for them to call back. This place is literally infuriating and we won't be coming back. We are even contemplating filing a complaint with the IRS over this

Highly professional, very detail oriented! They are always prompt with needed information and go above and beyond to help their clients, including answering questions and providing any and all information as needed. If they do not immediately know they answer, guaranteed they will get it for you in a timely fashion! Would not use any other firm!!
