I utilized Lally Group for over 20 years, it was one of those business relationships that started out because my dad utilized them and grew because of that relationship. They were great to work with until, as Jon said, "I slipped through the cracks". Jon explained to me that Lally Group was not responsible for the oversight. Didn't offer any assistance. I didn't know how bad Lally Group was, until I had a problem.
