The service was awful. Tried several times to meet with them but was told they were always busy with something. Questions went unanswered. Upon review of my tax returns, they were done to just a basic level and was charged an absurd amount for what turbo tax could have done. Will not be using them for my persobal or business taxes anymore. Very disappointed with the services here as I was recommended.

Working with Siena has been an absolute pleasure! They excel in their services and have a highly responsive team. Any questions I had were promptly addressed, and their staff is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Siena for all your accounting needs.

Who takes 5 weeks for a simple tax return? How does a cpa get the numbers wrong repeatedly. I might as well used turbo tax and saved 400 bucks.

This company didn’t want my business for some reason. Rather than tell me that, they just kept stringing me along and eventually I gave up. Had a good hourlong initial meeting in person with John. We discussed multiple paths forward for my personal situation and had plans to schedule a subsequent meeting after they had a chance to work on the details. I emailed again a few times afterwards for a month or two and got responses that it was being worked on. I never got anything back and they never reached out to me. I don’t know if my situation was too complicated or not complicated enough for this firm, but either way it was a waste of my time.

I have been with Roger and Karen for 3 years now. They are fantastic and very helpful.
