Jeremiah Thomson is an amazing accountant. We have multiple businesses that RRO does our accounting for. Jeremiah has been managing them for the last 8 years or so as we've grown significantly. He is meticulous and hard-working and has served all of our businesses well. This morning I received a substantial refund check from a vendor. This vendor had supplied a lot of different equipment and cabinetry to 2 of our locations over months during a build-out, move, and personnel transitions in 2022. Our team never picked up that a large piece of equipment was never delivered due to the chaos. We moved on and another employee ordered the equipment from another vendor, not realizing we had been billed already. Jeremiah found the duplicate equipment and never stopped questioning. Eventually our staff followed up with the vendor, did some digging, and discovered the error. The vendor issued a refund that we never would have received if not for Jeremiah. Thanks a million!
