Grateful for the service provided, most people are kind and helpful. The person that filed my taxes did not seem very knowledgeable about the subject. Seemed like he just graduated college, and just did this to get some experience. One woman was very rude, and asked personal questions by yelling across the room so everyone else heard this question and my answer. I found this very demeaning. I am glad this society exists, and they provide a very helpful service for a lot of people and their families. I will likely go back next year if I qualify again.

The woman I spoke on the phone with had a very nasty attitude and hung up on me after asking a simple question. Terrible customer service.

They are a non-profi tax firm that does free returns for lower income people. I work as a volunteer during tax time.

These precious ppl are amazing donating their time and talents to help others so beautiful they are professional and very polite my fiancé had his prepared at the main library Saturday at 10am Ivan is completely fantastic! Call at 10am for your appointment ask foe the earliest possible time! Thank you 😊 so much
