I've been working with Moe from Titan tax for a few years, and he is always so knowledgeable and helpful. He explains everything and is extremely thorough, taking the time to always double and triple check everything. I no longer worry about anything, and know that when Moe is working on my taxes and payroll, everything will be done with great precision and always on time.

Contacted them to file my 2018-2020 returns. Received an IRS notice in 2021 that my 2018 taxes were never filed. Contacted the accountant Hussien Khalil directly via email multiple times, no response. Called their main office line and the receptionist said she sent him a personal message but that there was no way to speak with him directly. Very unfortunate, bad business practice. Id be happy to change my review if the owner would return any communication regarding my returns that were never filed.

Extremely professional, and cares about the client. Came to him with a last second issue with my tax return prep, and he made the time to resolve it. Making sure everything is right, was clearly important to how they conduct business. Evident that there is a focus on the clients needs, and acting in their best interest. Appreciate the help!

I waited to leave a review until my process was complete. With that being said, I believe I was treated differently because I didn't IMMEDIATELY leave a review. I was referred to Hussein and impressed with many thing's but new to many thing's as well which caused me skepticism. I agreed to file an additional form as to not be held responsible for the debt my husband incurred before we were married. I paid over $100 for this form and my money was garnished anyway. I called and called the office, left messages with the receptionist and so forth.....NOTHING! I have called about questions in the past and get NOTHING in return. If you want to speak with someone knowledgeable, you HAVE to drive there! Not only that but I stopped receiving my child tax credit after I filed through this company. I don't know where all of these reviews come from but being a predominantly white woman (I'm half Arabic but they didn't know that) this was MY EXPERIENCE. I'm not saying it's because of my race but I'm saying it seems all of the amazing reviews come from people of Arabic decent. Take it how you want to, I will not be going back. I am LIVID and needed EVERY dollar that was mine. Thanks for that! Also, editing to add that upon taking my taxes somewhere else this year, they have my son's social security number WRONG on EVERY form! How is that possible when you have social security cards in front of you?!?!?! Unbelievable

Professional. Respectful. No nonsense. Thats what I see every year when I get both my personal and business accounting services rendered by Hussein. Consistently the best returns Ive had in years compared to my former accountant. Highly recommend over and over again. Fyi, my entire family and almost all of my close friends now use Huss for their financial tax needs as well. Goes to show you something.
