Did not feel welcomed upon arrival. I wasn't even greeted by a handshake or anything. Literally said have a seat & asked what I needed as he went to sit behind his desk. While there were a few questions I wasn't able to answer at the moment, I was given a few tips here & there on how to file based on my current situation, but he needed more info before moving forward to help. The additional info needed was not the issue, but I wasn't told what I needed prior, in which I had to call while driving there to see what if I needed to bring anything. It just seemed rushed as if he didn't want to waste his time until he got what he needed from me. I would've felt better coming back with the requested docs needed if it was more engaging.

I would like to return to this office but he helped me with my taxes for a previous year. I asked how do I pay what I owe he told me IRS will send my notices and I haven’t received anything yet. Not the best place for a beginner tax payer.
