Their website says you can call and receive a quote over the phone. The woman that answered seemed too busy to even talk to a new customer that was referred to them. She told me to come in to get the quote. I said your website says I could call you. She said no! I asked if she had an estimate for an individual tax return preparation- she interrupted me before I was even done, told me no. Well then NO you won't be receiving a new customer or referrals. Rude.

If you are looking for a dry and boring accountant with no personality, please go elsewhere. Geno is a consummate professional. He also happens to have a colorful personality and a great sense of humor. I'd never go anywhere else. A+

Yeah, Gene s different: totally not what you expect from an accountant. But hes straight forward, hell save you money, and he knows the tax laws. Hes everything you need in an accountant.

I showed up 10 minutes early for a scheduled appointment. 20 minutes after my scheduled time, I was asked if he could help me. I replied I had a one o'clock appointment. He proceeded to tell me to get the hell out of his office. I left. First time in 80 years I was ever kicked out of any place. A new, life-learning experience.

Called to get a quote for my son's taxes and my own. After being on hold for a long time, spoke to Eugene. He was very gruff about asking questions. Went off on a tangent about LLC companies. Extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. He bragged about how he has "over 1000 clients and knows a lot." He did give me a quote over the phone. When he asked how that compared to my previous accountant, I told him the amount I paid, which was $275 less than Eugene's price. He then says, "you can keep your business." Then he literally hung up on me. Wow!
