Mr. Farrand was incredibly knowledgeable, meticulous and thorough.He and everyone at Ann Arbor Tax Service were very kind and friendly and calmed all my frustrations with the IRS and filing my taxes in general—not my favorite thing or my strong suit.

We found some errors in the tax forms they prepared. They refused to correct them. We decided not to file with them but they refused refund and threatened to take action if we leave negative rating. Here we go. Stay away from them!
