Indre prepared my taxes for 2022 as a new client. I'm grateful to have found her. Before Indre I had bounced around to various tax prep services, none of which were CPA qualified. The process was seamless and organized. Last week both Ken and Indre sat down at their office and spent time with me to explain how my capital gains tax would be calculated if I did a condo conversion VS selling entire 2 family. After having a poor experience with a previous accountant, we frantically called Indre to file our taxes with a looming deadline. She was professional, responsive, and empathetic towards our situation. She was able to turn the filing around well before the deadline. Even with the short filing window, she was meticulous and captured each tax break we qualified for. Ultimately, she saved us double what our other accountant missed. Ken Sumner has been my accountant for almost 40 years since I first opened my professional practice in Waltham. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Now that I am retired he has been able to assist me with retirement tax issues. In the past few years, I have also had the pleasure of meeting and working with Indre Naujokaite. I find her to be equally competent, nice and up to date with tax issues.
