I hate to provide terrible reviews, but people should be aware of the lack of professionalism. I was fortunate to speak with Mark 1 time and that was to send him some tax information for him to review. He promised his office would send a confirmation once it was received. Days later I needed to call back to see if the information had been received. It was, but they never confirmed receipt as promised. Multiple calls into the office and have yet to receive a phone call back. Mark must be doing so well he doesn't require new lines of business.
