Dear Sirs, We just spoke on the phone. In review J O & A misplaced our 2019 tax return (tucked into another file then found), sent the completed tax return to the wrong address for signature then attributed any 2019 tax refund to 2020 prepayment without authorization. Having experienced these events we informed Les that we would not be moving forward with J O & S in any capacity. Now you have, without apology or authorization filed an irreversible extension in my name. I am requesting from your office a statement in writing that this extension will be overruled as my 2020 return has been filed. Please respect my request for a written reply. Just dismissing it only confirms my impression of your firm.
