Thanks for dumping many clients just before tax season! Shame on you for waiting until Mid January to tell your clients you are not able to help them. You should have told us this during the summer, not at the start of tax season :(

Aggressive, poor customer service. Refuses to immediately fix their known error on a return, and deflects that it is someone elses fault. Find a CPA who knows how to build working relationships.

Took 6 months to file my taxes. At 5 months I emailed them for follow up they told me they were in final stages of review. For another month I sent routine follow up emails and made a phone call. magically when I called the taxes were only a half hour from bing done. There was however no hesitation to charge me for this service nearly three times what others do. Im not the type to leave a bad review but I am irate with the poor quality of service provided for such a premium.

We have been relying on BBS for our Bookkeeping, Payroll, Billing and our IOLTA support for over 3 years. The support of an independent, out-sourced, third party provider of financial management services for our firm has given us easy access to data to help us manage our firm better. The staff is easy to deal with and friendly and they are quick to respond to issues that come up during the month. Also, they are an important advisor with the ability to evaluate how our firm is doing relative to revenue, collections and expense analysis. With BBS we always feel we have a full accounting office behind us and our clients.

Dishonest, and absolutely horrible accounting . When i asked for my paperwork they threw everything into random charge. My new accountant had to ammend my returns and redo everything i paid them for !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've had the privilege of getting to work with this company for 2 years now. Business & personal. My business partner and I couldn't be more satisfied with how they conduct business. Incredible response time with any issues. All their employees are extremely outgoing to make sure client support is 100% priority on every level.
