Let me start by saying I hate tax season! It stresses me out every year. Went to Liberty Tax and it was INCREDIBLE! The ladies there are simply the best! Made my taxes seem easy, made me feel at ease and comfortable. They are VERY understanding and will work with you to make it seemless! If you also hate taxes, do yourself a favor and go to THIS Liberty Tax! You will NOT be disappointed!!
Wonderful experience with Diane! She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. Pleasure to deal with.
Amazing service, great customer service, was in and out and everything was done correctly the first time, definitely would recommend to others
Diane has been a pleasure to work with while requiring her assistance filing my taxes. This has been my second year, the anxiety is always up, but leave feeling confident and like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
This was my first time visiting Ludlow Liberty Tax Service and I was very pleased with the experience. Diane was friendly and very professional. I will be back next year. Thank you Diane.
Awesome service.
Forgot to add the stars to my review and dont see it posted so this time Ive added the stars and will say again that Ive had my taxes prepared at Liberty Ludlow for 4/5 years and havent found anything to complain about yet. Up until this year Diane has prepared my taxes and has been friendly and welcoming and this year although I dont have her name right now was also friendly, easy to talk to, and got my taxes done fast. Even the I.R.S. was fast this year. Took only one week for both State and federal to be direct deposited to my account so Ive been pretty satisfied with their service every year and unless someday I decide to do it myself Liberty tax Ludlow is where I will be having my taxes prepared in future.
Very quick to answer questions. I was in and out in less than an hour.
