Hello Googlers, I started a new business last year & although I am fairly computer literate, I was having some issues with Quickbooks. I searched online for a bookkeeper & I found Beckie at Balanced Office Solutions. Ok so here is the real deal. She ROCKS!! Always returns calls/emails. She cleaned up my books very quickly & made some adjustments that truly helped me get a choke hold on accurate reporting within my accounting software. She is so knowledgeable-probably why she is the Queen of Quickbooks! She is punctual, professional & has a very savvy business mind. What I truly loved about her is that she does not try to sell services you do not need. This portrays a level of honesty that I want in my bookkeeper. I cannot recommend her & her team enough. Beckie is a great resource and person to have in "your corner" when it comes to all things accounting and bookkeeping. She helped me get my small business' chart of accounts in order and went through the "whys" of it all on a video call which ensures that I can (hopefully) do a better job of maintaining her handiwork myself moving forward! Time with Beckie is absolutely well spent and I would recommend her to anyone - for personal use or small business.

I started a small online business a little over a year ago and was doing my bookkeeping in a spreadsheet. When I started researching companies to help set up QuickBooks, all I found was full service bookkeeping services (which is not what I needed.) Balanced Office Solutions came as a referral from a business owner friend of mine with raving reviews. After our first conversation, I felt so relieved that I was finally going to be able to tackle my bookkeeping problems. Beckie initially cleaned up the mess I made in QuickBooks, and then trained me on how to actually use it for my business -- this was EXACTLY what I needed. She really took the time to understand my business so she could teach me QuickBooks in a way that would make sense for how I collect payments and organize expenses. If I found Beckie sooner, I could have saved myself hours of trying to self-learn QuickBooks on YouTube. Now, I am going to save thousands of dollars that I would have spent on bookkeeping, because I actually know how to do it myself. You can tell that Beckie truly cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to help you. 10/10 would recommend Balanced Office Solutions!

The services she completed for me were her QuickBooks Online Training Package, which was offered in five (5) one-one-one training sessions. She helped me with basic setup, bank feeds setup & review, customer management, vendor setup, transaction matching, bookkeeping 101, reconciliation mastery & reporting magic. All the important items in order to get me fully operational. With her many years of experience as a financial coach & industry leader, she really has a talent with helping small business owners become & stay organized with their bookkeeping. For over two years I had put off moving my bookkeeping to Quick Books from Quicken. I was so comfortable with Quicken, but my Mac was no longer going to support it.
