Returning to TurboTax. After spending $390 for them to complete our taxes, we now have to go through a whole process to get part of our refund back due to lack of knowledge clearly on their part. After doing research on something that would affect us for next year's taxes I found something that affected this return, and after speaking with someone else, I got clarification that our return was handled poorly and we are now owed money back from our return. This frustrates me to pay so much for "their knowledge" only to find they lack what they claim they have to complete a tax return
