I've been coming here for the last 5 years for my personal / biz taxes & will continue to do so. Very reasonable pricing here compared to the big chain tax offices that offer less service & triple the price.

EZ Tax did ultimately file our state taxes, however, it took over 6 months of follow-up via email and phone to get them filed meaning we missed our extension deadline and were assessed additional fees that could have been avoided. When I arrived for my initial appointment the person I scheduled with was not at the office and so I was sent to meet with someone else who seemed to have no idea what they needed from me. After 45 minutes of them looking confused at their computer screen I was sent home and told to email my documents to someone else. In retrospect I should have found another preparer to work with at that point in time and saved myself months of frustrating communication.

I have been going here since 2010. They are great at what they do. They have been doing my payroll, bookkeeping and business taxes.
