We have used Verarose before, but this year we asked her to do our taxes, and we got a notice at the last minute letting us know they would not be done in time. An extension was filled, but then they totally ghosted us. We reached out for months with no response. We ended up having to pay someone else to take over and clean up the mess they left us with. Totally unacceptable, we will never use or recommend them again.

Absolutely do not use Verarose Muir and Associates. They were entrusted with doing my taxes and neglected to do so for years on end without communicating with me. It put me in a position of paying massive penalties and fees to the IRS. Since then I've had to fight tooth and nail just to get them to return my tax forms to me so that I can work on filing my overdue taxes. They are uncommunicative, disorganized, and clearly not committed to clients' best interest.
