This is without a doubt the worst place to do taxes, the staff is bad, they dont treat you in a good way and when there is an error they dont worry at all to solve it, I lost money there because of them, because they did my taxes wrong. Nothing recommendable, really.

I do not recommend this place to pay your taxes. I went to this office to pay my Mayland taxes and the person who made the payment did it wrong, giving me the correct documentation to make the payment. Two months later I received a letter from Maryland informing me that I had not made the payment, which already came with an additional interest penalty. I went to this office to make the claim. The person who assisted me informed me that the manager was not in the office, and told me that he would return soon but he never arrived, I waited more than an hour for them to give me a solution and no one helped me. I very kindly asked the person in charge to help me make the payment again regardless of the additional costs. But when I made the payment he gave me a lot of buts and in the end he didnt help me at all. I went somewhere else to pay my taxes. They treated me very well and the attention was excellent. Without giving me any buts and the process was online and only lasted 5 minutes. While this person told me that the procedure had to be paid only with Money order. I give it one star because it wont let me put zero.
