I am so thankful for Neda and her expertise! She has been amazing to work with and she is always encouraging. Neda is easy to communicate with and takes the time to explain what is needed. Thank you Neda!

I have recommended Neda to so many other business owners who are looking for an accountant who believes in empowering their clients through education. She is very thorough with her consultations and always provides insights about ways to improve revenue and organization through modifications to business structures that I wouldn't have considered. I am so grateful that I found her and she's managed to be so patient with me in the areas that I require additional support. She definitely meets business owners "where they're at" and walks alongside with them towards their business goals.

Neda is just one of those people that fills the room with a sense of calm. She couples this with a deep knowledge of accounting and a nurturing advising approach to give her clients complete understanding of their finances and full confidence in taking next steps. She's also one of those people you just want to hang out with: she clearly has her stuff together but is also down to earth and genuinely kind. I absolutely recommend her to any woman navigating a small business on their own.

Find Your Balance and Neda have been tremendously helpful with all of our accounting and small business needs. I love her desire to support and encourage women-run small businesses, and her knowledge, patience and insight has been invaluable to me as I have begun mine.

As a young mother who is new to the adult world Neda Eckhardt made me feel prepared. She was honest and gave a lot of great feedback and recommendations for me and my situation. She really looks out for her clients and is very professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

Neda is truly the best! She has patiently helped me as a solopreneur who knew nothing about bookkeeping and financials. I know a lot about how to help busy women improve their health, I know very little about how to run a business from the backend, and she's helped so much with my confidence in that area. She is thorough and reliable, always following up on any questions I have during our calls. I can't recommend her enough!

As a business owner and a creative I have always struggled with the business side of things. Hiring Neda Eckhardt was the best decision I have ever made for my business. She makes the finance side so much less intimidating, helps me to prioritize business goals, and gave me back the mental head space to focus on where I shine by handling and organizing my books. Not only is she professional and easy to work with but, she is honest and genuinely cares about her clients.
