I've been to more than a handful of "chains" to do my taxes over the years and THOUGHT I had a fair understanding of the tax process and services provided. After using Ladel for the first time a few years ago it totally changed my perception of the process, customer service required and level of detail needed to not only do your taxes but to do them right. If I could give 6 stars I would. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and MOST importantly they know their stuff. From the detailed unscripted questions to ensure all bases are covered to the organized documentation provided after the fact, hands down they set the bar for services in this sector.

I’ve been going to Ladel for a few years now to have my taxes and other financial investments done. And by far they have given the best service in the area, it took me a while to find the right fit.
