I went to Atholton in 2019 while going through a major and emotional life transition, because they were vetted by Financial Peace University. I have been so grateful for the care and kindness and fair pricing. The manager Leslie is knowledgeable and patient well beyond a typical tax preparer.

These tax preparers did not file our taxes by the deadline despite the fact that we provided everything to them weeks in advance. They filed an extension without informing us. We only found out about the extension when we called to inquire about the status of our return in late April. They avoided our calls and it took surprise in-person visits and calling from different phone numbers to get any answers. It took a lot of effort and stress on our part to finally get them to file our taxes in June. We had to deal with a penalty from the IRS for late filing as well as all the stress of trying to track these people down. Terrible experience that cost us financially and could have been much worse if we didn’t act when we did.
