Mr. McFadden filed my taxes for 2021 and 2022; I was hoping to continue to use his services but in 2023 I received an notice from state of Maryland for additional payment for Tax year 2021 and this was calculated incorrectly. I paid and asked Mr. McFadden to follow up and get my money back (around $3K). After writing back and forth he actually ghosted me, not replying my emails. I would be Ok with him requiring extra money for the time he spent or if he told me he can not do it but delaying me for 3 months and ghosting is not professional. So I suggest, may be try someone else for this service.

I do not have enough good words to describe my business relationship with McFadden Accounting, but I will try. I have been working with McFadden Accounting since 2017 since starting my business and have been extremely satisfied with Mr. McFadden’s knowledge, skillset, and support. McFadden Accounting continuously support my accounting and tax efforts, but has recently provided exemplary support by assisting my company with obtaining Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program participation approval. Ive used McFadden Accounting agency to correct an accounting dispute l had with the IRS. He resolved this issue rapidly. Now l can sleep peacefully once again. I am sincerely grateful. They will be doing my taxes from now on. 😀

In my experience, Robert was extremely disorganized, non-communicative and unprofessional. As an accountant, he forgot to pay our quarterly estimated tax payments and made several other mistakes in the process of filing our tax return. As a bookkeeper he was even worse. He routinely forgot to make payments on time to our product supplier which is detrimental my business. In addition to that, he never was able to submit a single monthly profit/loss report on time. Getting answers from him was like pulling teeth. He would go days without responding so very serious concerns. Not once did he ever apologize of any of his mistakes or chronic tardiness. Working with Robert was very stressful and I would not recommend working with this man, especially not his bookkeeping service.
