Very disappointed in this company who was highly recommended by my franchise corporate. Communication is poor, inaccurate numbers were provided to me by the CPA, review of my account occurred the day of our meetings, and staff/CPA asked repetitive questions. I was promised billing would be suspended for 4-months to accommodate for the oversights, errors, and incomplete tasks such as my 2023 tax return. The company never suspended billing as promised. I had to suspend payment with my bank. I also had to secure another CPA to do a quality review audit and handle my 2023 tax return as it was never produced after being told it would be received in 2-weeks after final review. Money seems to be the primary objective of this company not quality/accuracy of reports. Don’t be misled by a franchise endorsement!
