I've been using Acts 1 for several years and have never had a problem with them. They are good, honest people who care about doing the right thing for everyone. They are busy, especially around tax time so an appointment usually works better than dropping in, but even then, they are generally efficient and caring. I highly recommend Acts 1 Tax service.
