My experience with this company has been horrible. Every time my insurance companies have used them they always pull additional fee that they refer to as subscription fees. Never use St8wide Ins. they are one of the companies that use Zoom.

Ugh, where the hell do I start with these folks? They've got some nerve, trying to drag us through the mud like this. Their communication, whether it's calls or emails, reeks of arrogance. It's like dealing with a bunch of wannabe mobsters. And don't even get me started on their voicemails—they sound like they're itching for a fight. If you dare to reach out to them, they'll stomp all over you like you're nothing. I can't help but wonder what twisted path led them to this level of misery and ignorance. It's truly unfortunate for anyone who has to share a life with them, be it their children, spouses, or anyone else.

I got notice from my broker that my policy was to be canceled because I wouldnt complete the audit. I never received any emails from Zoom although my broker emailed me copies of correspondence they claimed to have sent. I emailed and called the auditor and still have not heard back after one month.
