Bare minimum of help. First time we have ever owed and it was a lot. They didn't care and had no way of making an appointment to talk to them. Once we broke through to talk to to them, they gave us options the would look at and then never followed through. We got dinged as well for filing late even though they said they filed an extension. Try someone else. Not these people. UPDATE: They called due to this review. They explained the situation and the ding from the late filing was interest that Uncle Sam required. So I will raise the star level for that. They mentioned that our taxes are just what they were and that was the outcome. I get that as well. However when we tried to call them originally, we had to schedule a call, which in tax season can happen, but the options they said they would look into were never told to us what the outcome was. You talk to the tax pro for a short time, he says he will look into what you discussed. He may have or may not have, you do get to talk to him again to find out... then the Admin Assistant will call you and ask what bank account to withdraw from and the communication was over. Basically they are fine, but do not expect much actual personal time.

"I've been a client of Weber & Thibodeaux CPA for many years, and they've handled my business and personal taxes. However, after my 2023 taxes were completed, I didn't fully understand the outcome despite their explanations. When I visited their office seeking clarification on my personal and business taxes. I overheard Steven expressing frustration at having to explain it to me multiple times. Despite paying for their services, I never received a follow-up call or email to address my concerns. The lack of professionalism and empathy wasappalling. I'm currently seeking a new accountant andwould caution others about the unprofessional service Iexperienced." I email my concerns and have not heard from them.
