I love the fact that she can be reached in any form of communication; text, email, phone, etc. Her response times are usually within that day. I been trying to contact her,left several messages, she was supposed to call me back, I had a issue with my taxes she did,I don't recommend, I should of liaten to my first mine and go to h&r block,its like she hiding,want answer the door, or call back,lesson learned
