I highly recommend against using Howard for any services he provides. I asked him what his rates were to complete individual taxes, to which he never responded. After a couple of days of no response I decided I was uncomfortable with the situation so I notified him that I was going in another direction (he ghosted this message as well). He did not send me an engagement letter or get started on anything for me during this time. Months later, he sent me a bill for $150 for NOT doing my taxes (the full amount he charges). I kindly told him this was sent in error to which he replied “well I started on your taxes so you owe it” (I do not believe he started on my taxes after 2 days of ghosting me, and if he did so before sending an engagement letter, that’s on him). After many messages and getting my financial advisor involved (who had recommended him) he finally backed off. This is very sleazy behavior and I would be very weary of having someone capable of type of treatment handling your taxes. Be extra cautious if he handles anyone you know within a vulnerable population as well. His behavior indicates he would take exceptional advantage of these people.

Howard handles multiple businesses for us and we are never disappointed. He is always willing to spend extra time discussing different options we have and finding what works best for us across the board. Highly reccomend for any tax planning, bookekeeping, accounting items needed.

I have worked with Howard on a few different tax returns and some other business matters. We all know how stressful it can be to file tax returns. He made it very painless for me. He also gets back to you within 24 hours which is very unlikely for most CPAs. Very professional! His firm is also very affordable and they get the job done right!
