Underwhelmed by their lack of customer service. I called simply to inquire whether or not they were accepting new clients. The receptionist must have been in a rush as she thanked me for my call and hung up on me while I was still speaking — I was trying to ask if she could refer me elsewhere. Where has customer service gone in this digital age?! Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the firm's ability to perform CPA services.

We wouldn’t use anyone else. Joseph and Kim are professional, caring, helpful and so very kind. They are the absolute best. I honestly recommend them to everyone and I never leave reviews :)

Very helpful, and kind regarding some tax questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Reagan & Reagan CPA is the most professional, helpful, and accessible CPA firm I have ever dealt with. Joseph and Kim are really great to work with. They help make the whole process a real pleasure and very educational.
