I initially met with Stephen Horn and he immediately put me at ease. He learned about my personal finances and my small business, and asked several questions to get a better understanding of my future goals. For the past three years, he and his team have been helpful and efficient. They are always ready to perform additional services, but I have never felt pressured to purchase unnecessary add-ons.
