Looking for an accountant or accounting firm in Lexington, KY? Hicks & Associates CPAs is, by far, the best that I have found! Not only are they great certified public accountants, but they are also terrific individuals! They are all so friendly, patient, helpful, and good-natured. When I contacted H&A about a consultation and how to become a client, I was told they are not taking new clients at this time. (Albeit politely) Fair enough, Ill seek out someone who values my business.

I tried to contact them via phone (left a voicemail) and email saying we needed a new CPA for our business & personal returns, and that we needed one quickly to help with some consulting matters. I never received a call back, and I got one email with a follow-up question, which I responded to immediately but never got another response. I also followed up to the email a few days later asking for response and still nothing. Its been about 2 weeks, so we moved on. I wanted to make others aware of their lack of response, in case it helps someone else. Negative Responsiveness
