I would like to thank Rich Morrow and his staff for the professionalism and expertise they have shown me the last few years. My husband passed away a few years ago and I found out the woman that had been doing our taxes for years had no clue what she was doing. Rich now has it all straightened out!!! Wonderful company! I used Morrow and Co for my tax preparation for the last couple of years as Jeff Carter was referred to me. I enjoyed him as a person and he was the reason I came to this company in Wichita even though I live in the Kansas City area. On Friday I received a very unprofessional letter stating that Jeff had left the company and that I am no longer their client because they cannot provide service to me any longer. I did not receive a call, just the unprofessional letter in the mail. I had called in January 2023 and made my appointment for March 2023 for myself and my sisters. The courtesy would have to been to contact us by phone to schedule with another person since we already had an appointment on the books with Morrow and Co. It should not have mattered that he left the company, had been in an accident or etc. The appointments should have been honored even with another preparer. I have never had a business tell me that my business is not worth their time or my money. Again, very unprofessional business ethics and etc. Due to this kind of service, I would NEVER recommend this company for any business now or in the future since they do not seem to really care about their customers in the least. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have done that instead.

I used Morrow & Co for my tax preparation for years even after moving away and loved them. I referred so many other people to them as well. Well today I received a curt letter informing me that I’m no longer their client because they’re too busy for me and my usual preparer is no longer with them. No call, no offer to help me find a new preparer. I can honestly say I’ve never been told my business isn’t worth it before. Unbelievably rude to receive this via mail- especially since I just got my the last of my tax documents in the mail today and now I have to find someone new.

I had used their company for 10+ years. After the owner Frank died, things changed. Everything took longer, cost more, communication went very down hill (they had no time) and they caused me a interest fee from the government that they felt they had no responsibility for. Even the person I worked with for all my years left the company. sad. The bright side is they do good work, just stressful getting there. Now matter how much earlier I turned it all in.... it was always done on April 14 or 15.
