WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF ABLE. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN. CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED/RAIDED BY THE IRS. SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Response (7/30/2024) This is correct--I have not been a client but those I love very dearly have been. This "business" and more specifically Nicki Clem are ruining real people's lives as well as local businesses. She is a criminal and a crook whose acts are truly despicable.

Nicki and her team are amazing. They are very quick to respond and they truly care. I lost my husband in 2023. Nicki reached out right away to provide her support. She has guided me along the way. She provided alot of advise as I had to close our business. I ended up being a victim of fraud recently. Nicki went over and beyond. She set up an in person meet at the local IRS building, met me there to ensure the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Bookkeeping N Beyond for your business and personal taxes.

I was referred to Book keeping n Beyond by a very good friend in 2018. I have been doing my taxes with Nicki ever since. She treats you like family and eases your anxiety if you don’t understand the tax lingo. She explains everything in a way I can understand it. I used to hate getting my taxes done but now I never dread it, if anything I look forward to it! She is such an amazing lady and her staff is kind as well. I have never experienced any issues or problems with my returns!

Im told the lady who runs this place took my friend Joshs money to do his taxes and then proceeded to not do his taxes. From some of the other comments on here this does not sound like an isolated incident. Sounds like she is a real bad scam artist to me. If you are thinking about giving this woman your financial information this tax season, DONT.

She is a con artist. Said she filed my taxes charged me yet she never filed I had to goto handr block to file. There’s a reason she’s not part of the better business association. She’s a con artist. I wish people would speak up against her.

Nicki is an absolute miracle worker! When my husband and I began working with her we were years behind on filing. We were extremely stressed and overwhelmed not to mention scared. A short 2 years later we are completely up to date! Nicki worked with us, going over and beyond our expectations…she sat beside us through the entire deal. I wouldn’t trust my business with anyone else. Thanks for everything Nicki and team!!!

I recommend you take note of all the 1 star reviews. Nikki does not provide adequate services or sometimes any services at all. She did not file our taxes and after 6+ months of silence and us trying to reach out to her, she eventually emailed us back and came up with all kinds of excuses as to why our services were not met. In a way, Nikki not filing our taxes was a blessing in disguise. We went to another company and they were able to get us over 2 thousand dollars on top of what Nikki said we would receive. She completely missed some key items including our state return. So, I do thank her for not filing our taxes but would highly not recommend this company to anyone.
