I sold my house to a realtor in town and went to close on the house and noticed it. They had paid off my charge cards with my equity without my permission. And I complained about it. They told me too bad that's what we're doing. And the sun kick me out after the closing. Got in my face and kick me out of their building. I tried to Sue for lawyer fees to get my money back which I did get my money back all but the $1800. It costs for the lawyer. Because you cannot Sue in Kansas 4 lawyer fees. I let it go now. This has been. A few years ago but I waited in the shadows. Because I thought they really don't like me. I knew no one there. I know nothing about them. My realtor took me there for closing. And that's what that's all? I have a veterinarian across the street. By my eye, doctor caddy corner, but other than that. I'm from that area on water Maker. I was going to a nasty divorce. She was ordered to pay the bankruptcy. And the charge cards and they took it out of my equity which I got fixed all but $1800 for what? I don't know why they did what they did. The credit card companies wrote me back when they sent me my money and said. We thought we had your permission. That is not true, and haarland made it clear to me that they didn't care. That's what they do. They don't ask no questions. They didn't care whose responsibility it was or who was ordered by the court to pay that. He just took it out of your Echo. Eating told you to go to hell exactly what they did and I sued the owner just to be dismissed. You can't Sue over lawyer fees. I didn't know that I was doing it myself. No big deal small claims. But anyway, you hear me. I hope you hear me. Because if they don't like you for whatever reason someone gives them information. I knew no one there. I knew nothing about him. I had lots of dealings with title companies. I've owned 7 homes in my lifetime and never ever. Have I seen anything like what goes on and the Owner's son is the bouncer . I've told everybody not to use them. They don't have a good reputation. Don't let Em fool you. They're bullies. They're straight up bullies. They will rip you off at closing. I promise you you'd be a fool to go through now. This'll probably be taken off as far as reviews, but I let him try to Sue me. Because I can prove it. I'm not scared bring it
