She does a great job. Always on top of things. When we changed years ago she looked over old tax returns and found us money that our old tax accountant didn't do correctly.

Employed her services for 1.5 years and made it clear we needed her to take the lead on taxes, tax payments, bookkeeping, etc. We outsourced these services because we are not experts and don’t have the time. Despite this there was little pro activity, reports not being filed timely, and emails that went un-answered for weeks. It usually took 3-4 emails to get a response even during non-peak tax season. If you are considering her services I strongly suggest you interview her in-depth and draw up a clear contract with deliverables and expectations. She decided she would no longer service our business with a scant 30 day notice and provided zero transitional support, despite being told she was dropping a fire in our lap.

It's taken them several months to get to my taxes. After being told it would take a week and there is no communication between customer and the staff. This is now month 2 of droping off my taxes and I haven't heard one thing from them. I've tried calling them every day and nobody ever seams to answer.

TAMMY is wonderful she has been taken care of my family's taxes for several year's! Tammy is really nice and great with taking care of our taxes !
