All around 5 stars!!! I was delinquent on my state taxes by several years.... they made me a priority and got everything taken care of very quickly! Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, including adorable, friendly office dogs who employ the most knowledgeable tax individuals! I wont go anywhere else!! Thank you!!

We have been using the Smart Spot team for several years. (Followed them from their previous location). They do a fabulous job in doing our taxes and we love way they are so helpful ! We would never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this company.

Edit: I'm really surprised by the owner's response. I started this process Dec. 7, confirmed Dec. 9 that we wanted to work with you. Followed up on Dec. 20 when I didn't get the link I was told to look for. Followed up again on Jan. 24 after no word. Finally received the link that day with an apology, and uploaded what I was asked for. Reached out on March 5 with no response, followed up on March 12 with no response. Reached out again on March 30, followed up on April 13 and got a response. Reached out on April 18 for an update with no response. Called multiple times after the fact and received no accurate information. All of this has a paper trail. I don't take leaving negative reviews lightly, but hope to save someone else the headache we had to deal with, especially since there are similar reviews to this on Yelp. Original: Signed on to have SmartSpot file our 2022 taxes and help with bookkeeping. Multiple emails, calls, voicemails with no response. They filed an extension for our household without 1. a heads up before, or 2. letting us know they had filed an extension after the fact. We had to call after the April deadline to find out (after calling and leaving a voicemail with no return call), when we asked why we weren't notified "there were just so many to file we did the best we could with notifying people". With 3 months left to file and zero communication, we decided to find another company to work with.

Eileen has been my tax preparer for more than 20 years. She is dependable, steadfast, well versed, funny and solutions oriented!!! I followed her from H&R Block to SmartSpot because she is that good at what she does. Every year I actually look forward to going to her office and seeing her amazing rescue animals and knowing all of my tax questions/concerns will be handled.

We actually look forward to doing our taxes with these smart funny women. And, they bring their dogs to work, so you get a bonus dog therapy session, too!
