I called her to make an appointment so we can have our individual tax return issue fixed for my husband and I. However, I got a call back from her 27 1/2 hrs later saying that “she can’t take in anymore new customers at the moment.” She also asked me if I remembered calling her. Why would you ask someone that question? Of course I’m going to remember calling you, I’ve been waiting to hear back from you to make an appointment. This is poor customer service and we will be going somewhere else to get our individual tax return issue done. If I could, I would give this zero star rating. If you can’t take in anymore new customers, you should have made that clear right from the beginning when I called you the first time.
