Brenda is the best tax accountant I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. She’s always right on the money with what we owe and how to amend W2’s to ensure we don’t owe money. Even with 5 W2s we’ve been able to break even or get some returns every year for the past 3 years.

Super disappointed. Becky made a clerical error on my taxes that resulted in a letter from the IRS saying I owed $8k. She submitted an amended return July 6th. I still havent received my return. The office is now closed until January 9th. The offices response to this issue is spotty. Sometimes they call on my behalf, but mostly I believe they have just forgotten about my return (or lack of). ETA: I sent an email this morning to Holt which went unanswered, but this reply on a public forum was quite expeditious. Thank you for your reply. 3/18/23 I have not received my 2021 or my 2022 and have received a letter stating I owe over $5500. Jonathan at Holt taxes told me was this was incorrect, but is unable to help me. I don’t even know what to do at this point but maybe find a tax lawyer. I am at a loss and am disappointed in myself for trusting them again this year.
