Said I owed nothing for state and a $67 credit for federal. Then got notice in mail I owed $720 to state. So, called he said "I don't know how that happened...yes you owe to Kansas and $2200 to federal. Called federal to make sure they said I owed $2780. Not sure what I paid him for. I could've gotten random figures on my own!

Was a client of Higdon & Hale. They had extremely poor and reckless data security, exposing social security numbers and bank account information. Cost me significant time and money to fix the problem. Their response was very cavalier and uncaring. Avoid them.
