Mark Barrett is responsive, knowledgeable and I truly believe he has my best interest at heart. Everyone at this firm is so friendly, from the CPAs to the receptionists. Besides the fabulous receptionist team, the corporate accounting and tax professionals as well as the payroll team are Top Notch. They were extremely helpful in navigating all the recent PPP loans and ERTC credit paperwork required. A Number One first class professional organization. Great to deal with and always on top of my business and individual tax work.

They have done my families taxes for several years and I recently discovered they left out almost 20K in business deductions due to lack of communication and the fact that they cannot even run a basic Quicken book keeping program which most small businesses use. When I brought this to their attention they refused to accept blame and then had the nerve to charge me for time it took them to correct the mistakes I discovered. They have cost my family thousands of dollars in overpaid taxes over the years. We still use their payroll department but the CPA's they have working their are clowns in suits.

Par Exsalonce has used ABBB for over 10+ years for our payroll needs and have found them to be informative, helpful and accommodating. The salon is quite large and we are constantly adding new employees to the two locations. In addition, they handle insurance, IRA, Aflac and other deductions we throw at them! The entire team is wonderful to deal with - from the receptionist to the accountants that handle our diverse business needs. We could not ask for a more knowledgeable and dependable group of people.
