Have used Lorna's in the past, however, after a couple faux pas this year. They didn't include a tax credit my elder mother has and also missed on her overall taxable income. Was told I would have to wait until after tax season to get an explanation, and that I should do her taxes for her. On top that I have communication skills problems. I'm a professional and this is not the place to take your business.

So very interesting place.. called inquiring about tax service. And in a minute of being on the phone she just told me " I don't understand you question but I don't think I can help you!" Exactly her words! How can someone get business like this!

If I could go zero I would, had my taxes done here in January told couldn’t e-file until the 28th of the month but had all the paperwork ready and would e-file for me on the 28th of January. I’ve been waiting hadn’t received my refund check yet so called up to lorna’s well they never filed my taxes. But instead of admitting their mistake they lied and said the IRS was slow and they haven’t processed it, would have believed them however lorna’s Just cashed my check for payment. So they just forgot, I asked to speak with Gary on the phone, he refused saying it wasn’t his fault, which I feel is unprofessional. Everyone makes mistakes, but don’t lie to me. Not reputable.
