We don't believe in gatekeeping valuable information, which is why we tell every person we know that they need Profit Consultants in their lives, as their business accountant. As a small business owner, we approached her with our mess of bookkeeping (from previous biz partner) and reviewed all of the poor accounting procedures and inaccurate advice we had previously received. Joleyne was kind, patient, non-judgemental and swift in getting our books back on track with correct inputting, which in turn gave us accurate reporting... something we had not had for a long time. On top of payroll and payroll tax issues, she made recommendations that restructured the way we did business going forward. Our business definitely took a positive turn after that! Despite all of the challenges, Joleyne and staff have approached any and all issues with urgency, flexibility and an open mind. My husband is equally as grateful that she does our personal, on top of the business taxes, to save us from our yearly argument over tax preparation. The customer service and friendship she has provided my employees, business and family members goes above and beyond what another accounting firm would/could ever offer and Joleyne herself has said "that's because we are NOT like other accounting firms?!" ....and we could not agree more. But I especially want to express my eternal gratitude for the (multiple) late night calls from me, needing a ridiculous report of some kind, that needed to be done swiftly and urgently. She always follows through, no matter how ridiculous the request and even when she doesn't have the time to. We are acutely aware that her hard work, dedication and expert industry knowledge has been pivotal and crucial to our businesses recent success. Even our bank's loan officer refers all of their clients to her- because she's just that great. Tell all your friends and small business owners that you have found them the perfect solution for their accounting needs- Profit Consultants!! P.S. it felt especially significant to provide this review asap since yesterday was another one of my late night calls, requesting yet another "urgent document". And of course she got it to me by my deadline :). Thank you, Joleyne!!!!!!

Joleyne and her team took over our company bookkeeping January 1 of 2019. I can't even begin to explain how satisfied we are with Profit Consultants and their attention to detail. This last year, they have found multiple errors in invoices that I would not have caught before, which resulted in savings for us. We are truly blessed to have them and it is the best money we have ever spent by bringing them into our company. VERY SATISFIED!

I highly do not recommend!!! I thought I would try letting them do my taxes they'll had them for a week and was unable to get them done and I had to go get everything from them and go elsewhere.
