Well this place had a data breach with my taxes from 2020. Now every year one of my kids gets claimed and we haven’t received our taxes for the last 3 years! This place hasn’t done anything to help with the issue!!
This place had data breach and my tax return was stolen as a result. They have made no effort to fix this problem or make it right. Untrustworthy, unethical. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous staff!
They lost a W2 and claimed I didn't give it to them and instead of questioning the discrepancy they filed without question causing a need for further action. Upon being informed of this they stated they will get to the correction of their mistake when they can. I am only glad they were flexible with payment and I only partially paid them for their shoddy work. I will take responsibility for not double checking their work as they came so highly recommended.
Staff is absolutely phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and highly recommend getting accounting and taxes by the professionals at Tax Time!!
Carla has done our taxes for several years, and she is always available to answer questions throughout the year.
